Even if so well accessible, they are surrounded with the vicinity of the natural areas of Košířský park, Šalamounky and Měchurky offering to its visitors a world so much different from the noisy city. Parents with children who will choose the flat blocks "MALVAZINKY" as their new home will certainly appreciate the accessibility of a primary school, kindergarten and secondary school. Inhabitants interested in sports can find sufficient self-realisation in a near fitness centre with an indoor swimming pool, and a massage centre. If you like playing tennis, the locality will suit you too, with a large tennis complex, or if you prefer golf, you can play it on a near golf course in the natural park Košíře. Building description

They are two many-storied buildings that have 9 overground floors and the 10th overground floor is receding. Both buildings are connected through a substructure with two underground floors. The entries to the buildings are on the level of the 1st overground floor, the entries to the garages are on the level of the 1st overground and the 1st underground floors.

The flat blocks "MALVAZINKY" – all sizes of flats are represented here: 1+kitchenette, 2+kitchenette, 3+kitchenette and 4+kitchenette. The structure of flats is arranged in such a way so that we could meet requirements and needs of the clients seeking their home in this locality
