Qualitative standard – „ECONOMY“

I. ACCOMMODATION UNITS

The standard does not include:
- delivery of kitchen units, fume-hood, sink tap
- delivery of kitchen unit appliances
- tiling behind kitchen unit
- delivery of pelmets and sun-blinds
- lighting fittings of residential rooms, kitchen and kitchenettes
- establishing telephone station and delivery of telephone set
- delivery of built-in cabinets, shelves, etc.

1. STRUCTURES AND SURFACE TREATMENTS

	Flats	- inside the flats they are without doorsteps with the use of threshold strips
	Living room Kitchenette (if it is a part of living room)	- laminate floating room, ended with skirting board in the colour of floor, threshold strip in the colour of floor
	Other residential rooms, dressing rooms, lumber-rooms – accessible from room	carpet + carpet binding
	Kitchen (separate)	- domestic paving including skirting board, size min.200 x 200 mm
	Corridors, hall, dressing rooms, lumber-rooms – accessible from corridor	- domestic paving including skirting board, size min.200 x 200 mm
	Sanitations	- domestic paving min. 200 x 200 mm
Tiling	bathroom	- domestic ceramic tiling (up to the height of casing) - plastic bed mouldings at the outside corners

2. BUILDING COMPONENTS

Door	entry flat door	solid, smooth, surface: foil in the colour of beech - steel door frame with seal including wooden doorstep - safety iron fittings, domestic series, peep hole, cylinder safety lock, domestic series
	internal flat door	- surface – foil in the colour of beech, solid leaf - in living rooms 2/3 glassed-in - casing, from the material according to door - threshold strip in the colour of door - alloyed iron fittings – type (in unventilated dressing rooms, lumber-rooms, bathrooms, WC - grids according to the regulations in the colour of door)
Fixtures and fittings	wash-basin– ceramic white, uniform standard domestic series, identical with WC	WC pan – closed-coupled, white, uniform domestic standard series bath – white acrylic – length 170 cm (unless specified otherwise) shower bath – small acrylic bath, domestic, white plastic screen with acrylic fillings hand-wash basin – domestic white ceramic, standard series identical with WC – only if required by the regulations (big flats) WC seat – plastic, white lever taps, with ceramic head, chrome-plated fittings – chrome-plated standard series

Electro	lighting fittings	- all of standard types, domestic type, with common bulbs – selection according to the investor - in the flats: only ceiling ones - in the corridors, halls, social facilities and dressing rooms – selection according to the investor - in the residential rooms: only ceiling outlets + hanger, cca in the middle of the room - in the common areas and cellars, bulb lighting fittings, standard type
	sockets, switches	- uniform domestic type, white colour - TV socket - single socket – prepared for connecting two telephone lines in OP
	circuit-breakers	- in the flat switch-board placed in the accommodation unit at the entry door
Equipment of the accommodation unit
	water and temperature measuring	- individual meters of cold water, hot water - domestic hot water (DHW) measured separately for each accommodation unit
	security systems	- preparation will be made with outlet in the flat at the entry door with interconnection to the common areas of the house (client connection of security facility is done by the client)
	house phone	- with electrical door-opener at the entry door of the accommodation unit and with control at the entry door into the building
	kitchen	- electrical distribution systems prepared for electrical cooker and dish-washer (or washing machine, if it is not in the bathroom), refrigerator, fume-hood - household refuse distribution systems, cold and hot water inlets will be led out and plugged in wall face for client connection - hole for connecting fume-hood outlet under ceiling (prepared for client connection)
	bathroom and WC	- direct venting, if it is not possible technically, then discharge fan with switch with delay will be installed. Separately WC ventilator and bathroom. - separate socket for automatic washing machine - cold water outlet for automatic washing machine - bottle trap for automatic washing machine
